2016. A year for Completion.

2016 promised all new and wonderful happenings, as every new year does. 2015 seemed to be a year of much growth through challenges, and 2016 was to be a gate way into awesomeness. ANd indeed, it Is! But, as we have learned, and the cosmic planetary events line up to support this, the beginning of this year was a tad rocky. The good ole stuff came up again.. different.. less charged, less pull on our very capacity to exsist here, but nevertheless, still coming aound.

Many had false starts in the fitness arena, and resolutions were active ideas, but harder to implement than we would have liked.

Its OK! We are rounding the bend, and we are ready to go ! Let's not tune in too much to the should haves and oh I can nots... Just take yourself by the hand now, no matter what has transpired, and move right through the gateway to your beautiful self ! Sometimes it will not feel rosey. Sometime swe will wonder if we have learmed anything, or grown at all, but w emust remind oursleves: WE HAVE!!

To complete a series of patterns, there is a call to really get it all out in the open, see it, accept it, learn from it, and let it go. Complete it. Most often we do not know when the " end " is, but just like a game, it is not over til all quarters have been played out. If you feel like you are still in the mire, then just know - it is not time yet. there's more to be seen.. there's another quarter or half left and we can not know when that will all line up for us to complete the task/ lesson/ goal/ etc.

The best thing we can do , along with self discovery and love, and explorations by ourselves, is to become part of a community. Who are the people influencing you most? Your family? Your co- workers? You will be so so amazed and joyful when you find a group with whom you resonate . Those who can see you, those with whom you can support and be supported.

You are invited to take yourself by the hand, as if you were your best friend, and come to Masjah, or anywhere that sings your soul..

2016 does have amazing magical manifesting energies. But you must be ready to complete the cycle of struggle and embrace your amazing self.
