Weight training, Spinning , dancing ; Yoga , Sound Healing , meditation ; Cardio, classes, group trainings , Shamanic healings, Massage, bodywork.... Spiritual ? Such a buzz word -- what does this mean ? " Are you spiritual ? " someone asks . You may hear someone say . " I am spiritual " What makes something more spiritual than another ? Everything is energy m sound , vibration . All living beings are Spirit . Bringing the awareness , the vibration of compassion , acceptance , hope, love, your heart ...., to something . Well, it becomes Spiritual , One can go to the most high vibe temple , searching for samadhi , nirvana, bliss, and be unable to connect , unable to feel sensations . One may enter their training program with such joy and love that the weight training grounds them, teaches them about their body temple - their vehicle in which they travel through life .. and they are able to feel more connected than ever before - getting out of their head space and trusting their intuitions that are speaking through the mantras of Body . Ever cell has a " MIND" . a brain,. Our entire body is a network of communication and celebration and connection . And When two or more gather in a place of mutual respect and heart centered space, to engage in an activity that honors such temple ... well, there are amazing happenings if one pays attention ! Everything : the smallest leaf, stone, bug; the largest thundercloud, the bellow of a whale , the laughter of dolphins , the bloom of a single flower ..You see where I am going . has a life force, a spirit, is part of the ever-changing tapestry of life . The reality Of life here on earth , The embodiment of spirit, soul, light , of God / Godess. The actuality of Spirit . Spirituality ! And so, These day of transformation , and evolutionary leaps , it is more important that ever before to honor and perform our sacred practices, to move away from dogmas and bias; prejudice and judgement . to enter our temples of the Balanced Mind Hear, Gut t Body and live a life that continually reminds us of connection and compassion and service. . Fitness and Wellbeing programs and practices and activities root us into our bodies . Strengthen our abilities to do what we must do in everyday living . Brings us a sense of accomplishment { while often tearing down our carefully constructed self -esteem walls ! } A well rounded program of exercise , stretching / yoga/ and stillness practices is essential . Keep the river flowing and the bones from becoming stones, and the fascia from become plastic . The highways of energy became unblocked , and so often , we gain great clarity and peace of mind through exercise . As the Master of our Destinys , we also must explore the mastery of understanding and knowing our bodies . Here at Masjah , we have clients who are very grounded, dedicated to their regimes and committed to health and wellness- and who , have come to be in a smaller space, a sacred space of exploration and dedication . We have clients who come for healing , shamanic work, and Reiki classes, who naturally begin to venture into the body work, the body being , the health and wellness body . Balance and Harmony .
