Anchoring energies of Dance, Zumba, Kundalini yoga , Fitness and new expressions of each and all , our instructors are supported by the vortex of energy and consciousness that is Masjah . Not just saying that , either. Those who have been there know . An incubator, an invitation to release stuff and move into your creative , expansive, joyful self is present the moment you walk up the stairs !
